If Chrome / Edge blocks the download:

If you don’t see that option, right-click the button and choose Open link in new tab.
If Windows blocks the app:
If you see “Windows protected your PC” and there is no “Run anyway”, do this:
• Right-click the ZIP → Properties → check Unblock → Apply → OK → Extract again.
• Or (if already extracted) right-click AppointmentCalendar.exe → Properties → Unblock → Apply → OK.
